Edit
The edit functionality provides users with the ability to modify and adapt the content or configuration according to their needs, making it easy to customize, correct and update information as required.
Activate
It will automatically apply the license to the selected libraries and will grant access to the eligible users.
Delete
Allows you to delete the license pool. (This process cannot be reversed).
Deactivate
You have the possibility to deactivate the license pool. This process can be reversed, you can activate it again and change the properties.
View Archived
Depending on the expiration date of the license pools, they will be automatically archived. To view them, place the mouse over the hamburger option and then click on view archived.
The list of archived license pools will be displayed immediately.
