From the Content Navigation panel, you can easily move libraries with the drag&drop functionality. Just grab the library you want to move and drop it inside another library or simply rearrange the libraries order.
You can drop the library as the green section appears.
Also, if you are viewing a Learning Path/Bundle’s expansion pane, you can move Content Items to reorganize them inside the LP/Bundle
